We will meet you where you are, answer any questions you have, and explain who we are here at Known & Nourished. There is no pressure, just a chat!

INTERNAL
Everyone’s health journey looks different. These first few weeks are intentionally designed to understand YOU and your goals! We meet you exactly where you are and understand what has made you the woman you are today. We restore your definition of health through prayer, self-reflection, and education to then set your goals for the next 3 months. Going to the word of God to find out how God sees your body is the foundation of ‘Truly Nourished’.

EXTERNAL
This portion of the program focuses on action! Practicing what we have been learning during the previous sessions internally then leads to external changes. These 4 weeks can look very different for each of our clients depending on what their goals are. Focusing on holistic living that truly changes the way we feel and look. As we approach the 6-week mark, the goals feel more attainable and realistic.

GROWTH
These are the weeks that we love to see! Our clients feel encouraged and motivated by the results they are seeing physically but they are surprised by the joy and peace they feel in their thought life. Their self-talk has changed towards their body and their goals are becoming a reality.

Meet with your nutrition & wellness coach weekly or bi-weekly
45-60 minute sessions (in person or zoom)

You will have open access to your coach any time/any day via text/email

You will receive a personalized K&N binder from your coach filled with wellness education personally curated for your goals.
WHAT’s INCLUDED?

Receive your very own health log templates to fill out throughout the 3 months. These will help you stay accountable to your health goals such as water intake, movement, sleep, etc.

Depending on your specific goals, you will receive educational resources that will benefit your personal health journey. Ex: recipes, workout plan, gut health
